The 50 sqm. Excecutive apartments offers a suite with air conditioning, built-in closet and the choice of one queen size bed or two single beds. The bathroom includes a tub with shower a granit washstand and the toilet. In the bedroom the following amenities are included: One TV set with Cable TV service and a telephone set enable for local, national or international calls. In the living-dinning room and kitchen area the following amenities are included: Sofa or living-room set, table with two chairs, american bar, kitchen furniture, gas stove with air extractor, one small refrigerator and a microwave oven. Adsl internet access is available in the living-room and wi-fi internet access is available in the whole apartment area.
Aditionally a prívate balcony with a table and two charis is availiable next to the beedroom area.

Rates includes: basic services, housekeeping 3 times a week, bathroom amenities , towels replacement twice a week and sheets replacement once a week. Services not included in the rates are: laundry service, breakfast and telephone calls. NOTE: For Fornightly or montly stays, parking and electricity will be charged separately .
